What is PubMed?

PubMed is the free public interface to the database MEDLINE, created by the National Library of Medicine (NLM).  PubMed comprises more than 26 million citations for biomedical literature from MEDLINE, life science journals, and online books. Citations may include links directly to full-text content.

How to access PubMed

To access PubMed, click on the link provided in the Quick Links box on the library homepage, or find it listed alphabetically under Databases.
