The library's physical location will reopen for reduced summer hours beginning on June 8, 2020
Beginning on June 8, the library will open its physical location to provide limited services for individuals with access to the Armour Academic Center. Material pick up/drop off and reduced-capacity study spaces on the 5th floor will be available from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. The 7th floor study space will be available 24/7. The 5th floor library's occupancy will be limited to 20, and the 7th floor study space's occupancy will be limited to 70. Changes in layout and furniture have been made in consideration of social distancing.
Though Rush University will resume lending from its own collection, I-Share and Statewide Library Delivery continue to be suspended.
Other library services, including reference, reserves, interlibrary loan, and patron support will continue to be available exclusively online during the library's virtual service desk hours. Fill out a form to contact librarians and library staff, schedule an appointment, ask for assistance accessing resources from off campus, or use the green chat button located in the lower right corner of each page.
